This 9-minute video with sound showcases a collage of images of the bacteria cultured from samples taken from domestic spaces, bodies and body fluids. Salome Nieto, Matilda Aslizadeh, Maira Cristina Castro, Sarah Shamash, Alessandra Santos and Gabriela Aceves Sepúlveda took the photos and cultured the bacteria.
This collage of images was projected on the floor as participating artists practiced Butoh, and the resulting images were also incorporated into the main video.
